CLARITY FOR THE PEOPLE
WHO KEEP INDUSTRY RUNNING

Less uncertainty.
More informed decisions.

The people who keep industry running deserve confidence in the equipment they depend on. Our approach to AI starts with that purpose: turn equipment data into understandable guidance, so maintenance teams can make better-informed decisions.

03 / FROM MOUNT TO MONITOR

A small addition.
A different perspective.

The hardware foundation for AI-assisted filtration monitoring. A compact cellular monitor for compatible dust collectors and baghouses, designed to supply the pressure history that meaningful analysis depends on.

  1. 01

    Mount

Position the DP1 near your collector’s sensing lines.

  2. 02

    Connect

Branch HIGH and LOW, keeping the existing gauge connected.

  3. 03

    Scan

Identify the device and give your collector a name.

  4. 04

    Verify

Check reporting and choose your alert preferences.

Walk through setup

Confirm hose size, pressure range, power, and installation environment.

04 / OUR APPROACH TO AI

AI-assisted insight.
Grounded in your equipment.

Recognize changing patterns.

Designed to distinguish sustained pressure changes from normal operating variation, using each collector’s history as context.

Explain what matters.

Our approach pairs each suggested next step with its supporting pressure pattern and the operating or maintenance details worth checking.

Plan with uncertainty in view.

Designed to support inspection and replacement planning with estimated maintenance windows and clear uncertainty. Insufficient history means “Learning your collector.”

Sample analytics shown. AI inference and filter-life accuracy are not demonstrated here.

Explore before you connect

BEFORE YOU CONNECT

A few useful
answers.

01What does the DP1 measure?+

Differential pressure across the filter, expressed in inches of water column. It helps you see changes in filter resistance alongside operating conditions. It does not measure dust emissions or certify collector safety.

02Will it replace my existing gauge?+

The connection uses tees on compatible pressure-sensing hoses so your existing gauge stays connected. Confirm hose size, pressure range, power, and installation requirements.

03Does the collector need Wi-Fi?+

The DP1 uses cellular reporting. Coverage and power requirements need to be checked at the installation location.

04Where does AI fit into Nubis Air?+

The DP1 measures differential pressure and sends readings through cellular connectivity. Our AI approach is in the software: interpreting pressure patterns alongside operating context and maintenance history to support inspection and replacement planning. This public experience uses sample data, calculated trends, and illustrative outlooks; it does not run live AI inference.

05Can AI tell me when to replace filters?+

The aim is a useful maintenance window, not a guaranteed expiration date. Filter-life estimates need sufficient history, operating context, and validated models. Pressure alone cannot establish remaining life. The demo’s outlooks are illustrative, and final replacement decisions remain with your team.

06What can I try here?+

Explore fictional collectors, inspect alerts, record sample maintenance, prepare filter requests, and walk through setup. No equipment is activated, messages sent, orders placed, or service booked.

07Can I use it on my phone?+

The dashboard and setup adapt to phone screens. The notification shown here is a preview. Native iOS and Android apps are not available to download here.
